Professional pressure vessel welders complete tube sheet and frame welding, with all welding seams recorded for traceability. After welding shaping, the whole equipment undergoes shot blasting surface treatment, followed by multi-layer anti-rust primer, intermediate epoxy paint and topcoat spraying according to custom anti-corrosion requirements, forming a complete protective layer for the finished air cooler heat exchanger.

 

Assembly, performance testing and packaging form the final three production links. Trained assembly workers install fan motors, control cabinets, valves and sensors following standardized assembly procedures. All finished custom units enter the dedicated testing workshop for hydrostatic pressure testing, fan airflow testing and electrical safety inspection; any equipment failing test standards is sent back for rework. After passing all tests, products undergo dust-proof, moisture-proof export packaging with wooden fumigated cases, attached with complete test reports, certification copies and installation manuals before delivery to freight warehouses.
