Aluminum Alloy Air Cooler Louvers

Aluminum alloy air cooler louvers are made of anti-rust aluminum or aluminum-magnesium alloy, the most widely used air volume regulating components in industrial air cooling systems. Installed at the air inlet or outlet of air coolers, they control airflow, guide flow direction, reduce hot air recirculation, and provide protection and noise reduction. The extruded blades feature a smooth surface, low aerodynamic resistance, and smooth opening/closing, with continuously adjustable angle from 0° to 90° to precisely match process cooling requirements.

The material offers natural corrosion resistance and does not rust in atmospheric, medium-humidity, and mildly polluted environments without additional coating. Light weight reduces load on the fan frame and supporting structure. Manual, electric, and pneumatic actuation are available, with DCS-compatible remote automatic control suitable for petrochemical, power plant, metallurgical and other conventional working conditions and highly automated units.

During long-term operation, aluminum alloy blades resist deformation and dust adhesion. Maintenance is simple, requiring only regular dust cleaning to maintain ventilation efficiency. Compared with steel products, they are more suitable for new projects and revamps requiring light weight, corrosion resistance, and low maintenance, offering a balanced choice of performance, cost, and durability.
