The stainless steel air-cooled tube bundle is made of stainless steel as the core substrate, and is composed of stainless steel finned tubes, tube boxes, side beams, and sealing components. The heat of the medium inside the tube is transferred to the air side through the tube wall and fins, and can maintain stable heat transfer efficiency under harsh working conditions. Stainless steel tube bundles have inherent characteristics of corrosion resistance, cleanliness, and high temperature resistance. They can be used for a long time in moderately corrosive environments without the need for additional anti-corrosion coatings, with lower maintenance costs and longer service life. They are particularly suitable for process environments that cannot be contaminated by rust and have high requirements for medium purity.
This type of tube bundle is commonly made of materials such as 304, 316L, duplex stainless steel, etc., and can be flexibly selected according to the corrosion strength of the medium. Fin tubes are often extruded or welded at high frequencies, tightly integrated with the base tube without any risk of gap corrosion. They are particularly suitable for working conditions with chloride ions, weak acids, and low salt spray. The pipe box adopts a fully stainless steel structure, with uniform medium distribution and reliable pressure bearing. In a coastal fine chemical project, the process medium contains trace amounts of chloride ions and organic acids, and ordinary carbon steel pipe bundles experience pitting and leakage within six months.
